Well Ladies and gentlemen,

I am almost to my goal #1 I broke out of the 170’s today and am at 169.8 I have 2.2 pounds to loose until I reach my first goal weight. Today I am going to really work my butt off to see some faster results. Circuit training sounds like a good idea today. Everybody have a good day and keep positive. Slowly but sureley you will reach whatever goals you may have. Good luck:)
